This home last sold on March 7, 2006 for $236,000.

So far in August 2021, 132 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alice R. Weiner (81) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
