The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11 S.E. Ninth St., Pompano Beach was sold on Aug. 17 by Andrew and Christina Eggert for $459,900. The buyers were Vasu Muli and Srividya Konda.

This home last sold on May 13, 2016 for $246,500.

So far in August 2021, 194 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Andrew Brian Eggert has been registered to vote since 2011. Christina Michelle Eggert has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 11 S.E. Ninth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew Brian Eggert, 31, Christina Michelle Eggert, 32, Megan Ashton Beaudet, 32, and Frank T. Beaudet, 38.
