So far in August 2021, 30 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Peter J. Harshbarger has been registered to vote since 1991.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4921 N.E. 23rd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joyce A. Harshbarger, 60, and Peter J. Harshbarger, 63.
