On Aug. 16, Keith James Novotny and Trent Adam Estep purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 9843 N.W. 18th St., Coral Springs from Ronald Balsamo and Denise Schanke for $630,000.

So far in August 2021, 137 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Denise Louise Schanke has been registered to vote since 2011. Ronald Anthony Balsamo has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9843 N.W. 18th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Denise Louise Schanke, 45, Ronald Anthony Balsamo, 59, and Nicholas Romolo Balsamo, 37.
