On Aug. 16, Justin Scott and Bridget Erin Iserhardt sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2001 N.E. 30th Court, Lighthouse Point to Logan R. Williams for $510,000.

This home last sold for $330,000 on Oct. 30, 2017.

So far in August 2021, 26 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Justin Scott Iserhardt has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2001 N.E. 30th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Justine N. Morgan, 35, Jonathan M. Payne, 36, Bridget Erin Beresford, 46, and Justin Scott Iserhardt, 40.
