The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4702 Martinique Drive H4, Coconut Creek was sold on Aug. 16 by Joy S. Schuenhoff (revocable trust) for $128,000. The buyers were Sybil and Charles McKenzie and Averiel McKenzie.

This home last sold on Nov. 12, 2008 for $82,000.

So far in August 2021, 92 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joy Susan Schuenhoff has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 4702 Martinique Drive H4 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lillian L. Wachtel, 102, Patricia Hildebrand, 89, Larry Lashinsky, 87, Alice M Zollo, 80, and Joy Susan Schuenhoff, 76.
