On Aug. 16, Robert J. and Emily Elizabeth and Emily E. Robes sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 6077 N.W. 56th Drive, Coral Springs to Nickolas Dwight Dawson, Steven Eugene Brown and Steven Wade Tomkins for $650,000.

This home last sold for $334,000 on April 18, 2012.

So far in August 2021, 137 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Emily Elizabeth Robes has been registered to vote since 2008. Robert John Robes has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 6077 N.W. 56th Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vicki Thomas, 49, Evan C. Thomas, 50, Emily Elizabeth Robes, 43, and Robert John Robes, 49.
