This home last sold for $222,500 on Nov. 21, 2006.

So far in July 2021, 119 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5450 Lakewood Circle C as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christina Dawn Conte, 45, and Phillip C. Conte, 42.
