This home last sold on June 24, 2016 for $315,000.

So far in July 2021, 70 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6657 Windsor Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jacob Scott Silverstein, 31, and Carolina Torres Lacouture, 29.
