The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8731 Shadow Wood Blvd. 309, Coral Springs was sold on July 30 by Scott Goulet for $170,000. The buyer was Juan Pablo Amezquita.

This home last sold on Nov. 13, 2017 for $120,000.

So far in July 2021, 284 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Scott Emerson Goulet has been registered to vote since 2009. Juan Pablo Amezquita has been registered to vote since 2011.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
