On July 30, Alan Martin and Fannie Figueras purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8713 N.W. Fourth St., Coral Springs from Nils P. and Cheryl Swenson for $375,000.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 12, 2010. It last sold for $216,000.

So far in July 2021, 284 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 8713 N.W. Fourth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Wolfgang William Grunbaum, 61, Sonia A. Grunbaum, 47, Matias Adrian Grunbaum, 26, and Daniel Isaac Grunbaum, 24.
