The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 10545 N.W. 56th Place, Coral Springs was sold on July 28 by Fausto A. Cepeda and Diana Bertasius for $385,000. The buyer was Sabahat Mahmood.

This home last sold on June 3, 2015 for $267,000.

So far in July 2021, 271 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Fausto A. Cepeda has been registered to vote since 2006. Diana Bertasius has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10545 N.W. 56th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nijole Bertasiene, 64, Fausto A. Cepeda, 51, and Diana Bertasius, 45.
