The last time this home sold was Aug. 18, 2010. It last sold for $220,000.

So far in July 2021, 68 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Giulianna Cerbone (44) has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
