On July 28, Samuel and Chantel Anderson purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11964 N.W. 27th St., Coral Springs from Frederic M. and Diane M. Smith for $485,000.

So far in July 2021, 271 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Diane M. Smith has been registered to vote since 1980. Frederic M. Smith has been registered to vote since 1992.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 11964 N.W. 27th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Diane M. Smith, 67, Frederic M. Smith, 67, and Lauren Elise Smith, 38.
