On July 28, Diego Linares and Martha Liliana Ruiz sold their five bedroom, three bathroom home at 7586 N.W. 116th Lane, Parkland to Gregory Alexander and Inna Kotlar for $880,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 19, 2005. It last sold for $815,000.

So far in July 2021, 68 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Diego Linares has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7586 N.W. 116th Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Felipe Linares, 22, Martha Liliana Ruiz Botero, 50, and Diego Linares, 54.
