On July 28, Novette N Holness, Milton E. Toyloy and Akeem R Coley purchased a home at 5275 S.W. 10th Court, Margate from Alan K. and Patricia Waite for $335,000.

So far in July 2021, 111 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Patricia Gordon Waite has been registered to vote since 1980. Alan Kent Waite has been registered to vote since 1984.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5275 S.W. 10th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Gordon Waite, 69, Alan Kent Waite, 66, Jairam Maharaj, 65, and Cecelia Maharaj, 66.
