On July 28, Meylina Widjaja-Chu and Tony Tak-Man Chu sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 5341 N.W. 121st Ave., Coral Springs to Scott and Elsa L. Kohl for $650,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 28, 2002. It last sold for $333,000.

So far in July 2021, 271 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Meylina Widjaja-Chu has been registered to vote since 2010.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5341 N.W. 121st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tak Man Chu, 63, and Meylina Widjaja-Chu, 53.
