This home last sold for $419,000 on Dec. 1, 2005.

So far in July 2021, 271 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Edward L. Magdycz has been registered to vote since 1994. Gail L. Magdycz has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 767 Ramblewood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Edward L. Magdycz, 73, Gail L. Magdycz, 58, and Kristen a Carroll, 47.
