This home last sold on April 1, 2015 for $329,000.

So far in July 2021, 145 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brett Stuart Foster has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5564 N.W. 55th Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shonda Leeann Foster, 32, Brett Stuart Foster, 31, Louie Fernando Arbelaez, 59, and Adriana Arbelaez, 45.
