On July 28, Stephen P. Decotis sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 565 Oaks Lane 112, Pompano Beach to Bryan and Julie Marie Likley for $240,000.

This home last sold on Jan. 8, 2008 for $161,000.

So far in July 2021, 364 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Julie Marie Likley has been registered to vote since 2004. Bryan James Likley has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
