This home last sold on Aug. 28, 2015 for $222,500.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dylan Preston Burns has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2639 N.E. 15th St. 2639-11 as of Oct. 10, 2020: John Griffin, 82, and Dylan Preston Burns, 30.
