On July 28, Ravi and Taramatie Guptar sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6646 N.W. Fourth St., Margate to Rosemene Benjamin, Roneld Thomas Ferdinand and Montocoeur Joseph for $360,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 9, 2013 for $215,000.

So far in July 2021, 111 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Taramatie Guptar has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6646 N.W. Fourth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Raul Kenrick Guptar, 42, Taramatie Guptar, 44, and Shivaani Joy Guptar, 33.
