The last time this home sold was June 7, 2011. It last sold for $324,000.

So far in July 2021, 258 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Greg Eliot Rosen has been registered to vote since 1990. Rebecca Sue Rosen has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 11266 N.W. 20th Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Austin Blake Rosen, 22, Greg Eliot Rosen, 54, and Rebecca Sue Rosen, 54.
