On July 27, Marcial Radillo Muina and Heyleen Janeth Alonzo purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6948 N.W. Eighth Court, Margate from Richard and Jamie D. Wiegman for $350,000.

So far in July 2021, 105 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Richard Edward Wiegman has been registered to vote since 1988. Jamie D. Wiegman has been registered to vote since 1990.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were nine registered voters residing at 6948 N.W. Eighth Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew William Fisher, 21, Richard Edward Wiegman, 59, Jamie D. Wiegman, 55, Annette Melanie Chang, 62, Kamie Tanique Goodluck, 38, Rebecca N. Wiegman, 27, Steven James Wiegman, 25, Holly Nanette Wiegman, 22, and Heidi M. Wiegman, 28.
