The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 842 W. Palm Run Drive, N. Lauderdale was sold on July 27 by Raymond and Andrea Cole for $340,000. The buyers were Maurice Patrick Phillips and Jean Patrick Alexis.

The last time this home sold was June 19, 2017. It last sold for $240,000.

So far in July 2021, 56 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Andrea Marie Cole has been registered to vote since 2019. Raymond G. Cole has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
