The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3204 Portofino Point H4, Coconut Creek was sold on July 27 by Leona Levin for $110,000. The buyers were Santiago Gomez Parra and Sergio Enrique Gomez Pareja.

So far in July 2021, 108 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Anthony Richard Marchegino, 70, was the only registered voter residing at 3204 Portofino Point H4 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
