On July 27, Cuong Sao Vanh and Lucy Nguyen sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 5540 N.W. 44th Way, Coconut Creek to Dwight Trotman and Melvern Bridgette Bowe for $435,000.

So far in July 2021, 108 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lucy Nguyen has been registered to vote since 2010. Cuong Sao Vanh has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5540 N.W. 44th Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lucy Nguyen, 48, Nhon T. Nguyen, 75, and Cuong Sao Vanh, 52.
