On July 27, Keith Van Der and Tellia Xxvanxxder Leest purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 12305 N.W. 81st St., Parkland from Carlos Hernandez and Kamir Carrillo for $710,000.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 9, 2015. It last sold for $538,000.

So far in July 2021, 65 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 12305 N.W. 81st St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Samanta Yuen Orozco, 25, and Susana Orozco Hernandez, 55.
