On July 27, Abdool Ansar Sattar and Saaisha Hosein sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3397 Merrick Court 1109, Margate to Xinh Mutrux for $280,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 15, 2010 for $107,900.

So far in July 2021, 105 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Saaisha Joselle Hosein (34) has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
