According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kathleen Ann Nunez has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3120 N.E. Fifth Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shakira La Shay Phillips, 29, and Kathleen Ann Nunez, 60.
