On July 27, Solomon and Ena Celina Engel purchased a six bedroom, seven bathroom home at 12020 N.W. 67th Court, Parkland from Nanci Hernandez for $2,880,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 30, 2015 for $1,550,000.

So far in July 2021, 65 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Nanci Xiomara Hernandez has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 12020 N.W. 67th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nada Brice Stuart, 57, Michel Martinez-Manso, 42, and Nanci Xiomara Hernandez, 35.
