This home last sold for $400,000 on Nov. 21, 2002.

So far in July 2021, 321 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 3217 N.E. Seventh Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Arcadio Cruz Calero, 61, Carmen Santiago Guzman, 57, Alice Diane Frost, 71, Sandra Louise Sloyer, 79, and Nicole Cruz, 42.
