This home last sold on March 9, 2010 for $414,050.

So far in July 2021, 63 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Nicole L. Otto has been registered to vote since 1996. James L. Remeny has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10424 N.W. 59th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nicole L. Otto, 43, Samantha Meghan Rubin, 36, and James L. Remeny, 50.
