On July 26, Steven C Kantlehner and Bridget O'Rouke-King sold their three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 266 Avalon Ave., Lauderdale-By-the-Sea to Steven C. and Patricia J. Harrison for $1,199,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 6, 2015. It last sold for $650,000.

So far in July 2021, 40 properties sold in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Steven Cole Kantlehner (65) has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
