On July 26, Oluwafemi and Sonise Benedict purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 7816 N.W. 41st St., Coral Springs from Erik Douglas and Elena S. Himmelstein for $392,000.

This home last sold on Jan. 2, 2014 for $230,000.

So far in July 2021, 249 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Erik Douglas Himmelstein has been registered to vote since 2016. Elena S. Himmelstein has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 7816 N.W. 41st St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christty Rachell Himmelstein, 29, Erik Douglas Himmelstein, 25, Gabriella Nicole Himmelstein, 26, and Elena S. Himmelstein, 68.
