On April 30, 2021, Robert Shane Moore (revocable living trust) purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1803 Eleuthera Point K-4, Coconut Creek from Janice Tepper, Lenore Zalstein and Maxime Zalstein (revocable living trust) for $210,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 4, 2017 for $172,000.

In April 2021, 145 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maxime Minda Zalstein has been registered to vote since 2015.
