On Saturday, March 29, former J.p. Taravella High School standout Jacob Smith’s current college team, the Lynn Fighting Knights, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Barry Buccaneers.

The game took place at Feinbloom Field. This was their third matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Fighting Knights’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at Lynn Baseball Field against Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish.
