On Saturday, March 22, former Blanche Ely High School standout Lamont Evans IV’s current collegiate team the McNeese State Cowboys lost 76-62 against the Purdue Boilermakers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Amica Mutual Pavilion, this was the first game against the Purdue Boilermakers during the championship.

Lamont Evans IV’s game position is guard.
