On Tuesday, March 25, former North Broward Prep High School standouts Jonathan Xuereb and Riley Luft’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, won 11-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the High Point Panthers.

The game took place at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium against Old Dominion Monarchs.
