Congressman Jared Moskowitz, currently serving Florida’s 23rd district and a former member of the Florida House of Representatives, recently shared some updates and announcements on his social media platform. Moskowitz highlighted important deadlines for artistic competitions, celebrated local achievements, and shared information about his congressional duties.

On April 7, 2025, Moskowitz reminded his constituents about the upcoming deadline for the third annual Congressional Art Competition. According to his post, “The deadline to enter my 3rd annual Congressional Art Competition is one week away! The winning piece will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for a year. Please visit the #CAC2025 page on my website before April 14th for details.” This initiative allows young artists to have their work showcased in the U.S. Capitol.

Celebrating achievements from his district on April 8, 2025, Moskowitz congratulated the University of Florida’s Gator Nation on winning the national championship. His tweet stated, “Congrats to #GatorNation on your national championship! Florida is proud of your hard work and talent.”

On the same day, Moskowitz communicated his involvement in a congressional committee task. He shared, “I’ll be leading my colleagues on @HouseForeign today at my first hearing as Ranking Member for our Subcommittee on Oversight and Intelligence. Watch here:” This marks his active participation as a Ranking Member in important oversight and intelligence procedures.
