0Comments

The first phase of the Main Beach Parking Lot improvement project will begin on Monday, July 25, 2022. Expect periodic traffic disruptions in the 100 block of S. Ocean Way (SE 21st Ave) while sidewalk and curb modifications are completed in the area of the Main Beach Parking Lot.

Traffic impacts will include lane narrowing and isolated lane closures. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained throughout the project. Future phases of the project will include the installation of concrete seating and a public art feature. The Main Beach Parking Lot will remain open throughout construction. Construction is expected to take three to four weeks.

The project is funded by the City of Deerfield Beach CRA.
