On Wednesday, April 9, former J.p. Taravella High School standout Chris Scinta’s current college team, the Houston Cougars, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the McNeese State Cowboys.

The game took place at Schroeder Park. This was their first matchup against the Cowboys this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. at Schroeder Park against West Virginia Mountaineers.
